【摘要】:TheDirectoryStandardsdefinenotonlytheprotocolbutalsothebehaviourofDSAswhentheycollaboratetocarryoutthepurposeoftheDirectory.Inordertoachieveconsistencyandfullinteroperability,itisnecessarytoselectfromtheoptionsandinterpretationslaiddownintheDirectoryStandards,andinparticularwithin[ISO/IEC9594-4|CCITTX.518].ThispartofISO/IECISP10615specifiesthebehaviourofDSAsinexercisingtheDAP,theDSP,orboth,thatisrequiredtocarryoutDistributedOperationsinaccordancewiththeserequirements.ThescopeofthispartofISO/IECISP10615istodefine:·StaticcapabilitiesthatarerequiredbyDSAsinordertoachieveacceptablelevelsofserviceinco-operationwithotherDSAs·Procedures,basedonproceduresgivenwithinthebasestandards,inthedetailrequiredtoachieveconsistencyandinteroperability·Protocoluse,asrequiredtoimplementtheproceduresItisapplicabletoDSAsimplementingthe'88DirectoryStandards[ISO/IEC9594:1990|CCITTX.500:1988].ItappliestoallDSAsthatcontainacomponentofthedistributedDirectory,althoughmanyofitsrequirementsareinapplicabletoDSAsthatdonotsupporttheinvocationofDSPoperations.ImplementationsclaimingconformancetothispartofISO/IECISP10615maybebasedoneitherISO/IEC9594orCCITTX.500orboth.TherearenopracticaldifferencesasfarasthispartofISO/IECISP10615isconcerned.ThispartofISO/IECISP10615isnotfree-standing.CompliancewiththispartofISO/IECISP10615requirescompliancewithISO/IECISP10615parts2to4inclusive,andwithnormativereferencesidentifiedinthosedocuments.Conversely,thispartofthepartofISO/IECISP10615isapplicabletoDSAswhichconformtootherpartsofISO/IECISP10615,andinparticulartoparts2(AD112),3(ADI21)and4(ADI22).2PositionwithinthetaxonomyThispartofISO/IECISP10615isidentifiedinISO/IECTR10000-2asADI32"Directory-DistributedOperations-DSASupportofDistributedOperations".3ScenarioIntheDistributedDirectory,onemodeofinteractionisthechaining(includingmulticasting)ofenquiriesinaccordancewiththeprocedureslaiddownin[ISO/IEC9594-4|CCITTX.518].Anotheristhefollowingofreferralsandofembeddedcontinuationreferences.Incarryingouttheseprocedures,aDSAisaccessedbyaDUAoranotherDSA,andcarriesouttherequestedactionwithorwithoutreferencetootherDSAs.ThispartofISO/IECISP10615isconcernedwiththeinformationcontainedinaDSAtoenableittodeterminethatotherDSAsareinvolved,andwiththeprocedureswherebyotherDSAscanbeinvolved,bytheuseofchainingorreferrals(Figure1).2
