【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesdesignprinciplesforcardbasedservicesthatareapplicabletoanysector(e.g.banking,telecommunications,masstransport,parking,logicalaccesscontrol,physicalaccesscontrol).Italsoprovidesrecommendationsfortheoperationalprocedurestobefollowedwhenusersinteractwithacardoperateddevice:-inordertoenterasystem;-whilstusingasystem;-leavingasystem.ThepurposeofthisEuropeanStandardistofacilitateuser'sinteractionswithcardoperatedsystemsbystandardizingkeycomponentsoftheuserinterface.Inprinciplealldevicesshouldbephysicallyaccessibletoallusersincludingthosewithspecialneeds.Howthiscanbeachievedisnotwithinthescopeofthisstandard.Inparticular,thisEuropeanStandardwill:-aidtheuser'sinteractionwiththesystemthroughaconsistentuserinterfacewhenentering,navigatingandexitingcard-basedsystems;-promoteuserconfidenceincard-basedsystemsingeneral;-promoteefficientuseofcard-basedsystems;-reducethepossibilityoferrorwhentheuserenters,navigatesinorexitsthesystem;-enablethosewithdifferentlevelsofabilityandcomprehension(minors,elderly,visuallyimpaired,foreignlanguage,etc.)anddifferentlevelsofexperience(e.g.firsttimeusers)tousecard-basedsystems;-improvethelearnabilityofcard-basedsystemsthroughconsistency.
